HOW DOES TSTT'S AUDIO CONFERENCING SERVICE WORK?
Once you have signed up for the TSTT Audio Conferencing service, you will be assigned a dial-in number, an access code which uniquely identifies your conference and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the chairperson. Additional security can be obtained by adding a conference passcode. Participants are given the audio conferencing service dial-in number, the access code, the conference passcode and the date and time.
The conference is activated only on the arrival of the chairperson. Participants joining the conference early are put on hold and are connected to a stream of music, advertisements and/or information.
